Beysin Tekinel
Co-Founder – Sustainability Consultant
After graduating from Istanbul Notre Dame de Sion French High School, Beysin completed his undergraduate degree in Energy Systems Engineering at Bahçeşehir University. He received his master’s degree in Sustainable Technology and Business at LUT University in Finland, with minors in Bioenergy Technology and Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency. His thesis focused on waste management in Türkiye, and he also contributed to an academic study on global bioenergy trade.
With years of experience as a sustainability consultant and manager in the private sector, he has specialized in sustainability strategy development, completing numerous LCA, O-LCA, EPD, and PEF studies in the construction materials, chemical, textile, and furniture sectors. He has led projects in LCA training, sustainability indices, SBTi target-setting, sustainability reporting, and CDP disclosures.
Ceren Yazıcı Tekinel
Co-Founder – Sustainability Consultant
Ceren graduated from Istanbul Saint Joseph French High School and completed her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering at Özyeğin University. She earned her master’s degree in Sustainable Technology and Business at LUT University in Finland, with minors in Bioenergy Technology and Renewable Energy & Energy Efficiency. Her thesis focused on the challenges of solar energy in Türkiye.
Upon returning to Türkiye, she worked in various sustainability-related roles, including consultant, auditor, and expert. Ceren has participated in numerous reporting and assurance projects across sectors such as conglomerates, financial institutions, automotive, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. She has experience in the preparation and publication of LCA and EPD studies in sectors including construction, chemicals, textiles, and furniture. She has also contributed to SDG-aligned sustainability strategies, KPI and target development, and CDP reporting.
Nur Eda Sertdurak
Sustainability Consultant
After graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, Eda completed her master’s degree in Sustainable Development and Law at the University of Milan (Università degli Studi di Milano), writing her thesis on gender equality. After working as a lawyer in Milan, she transitioned into the field of sustainable development and served in various international organizations.
She currently works on CDP reporting and investor ESG surveys in sectors such as conglomerates, retail, textiles, and energy. Eda also supports companies in developing sustainability strategies, consolidating and interpreting ESG data, and preparing sustainability reports.
Zeynep Özçam Aratemür
Sustainability Consultant
Zeynep graduated from Yıldız Technical University with a degree in Business Administration. During her studies, she worked as a project assistant in the sustainability sector and co-founded a sustainability-focused student organization. Her thesis explored the topic of green transformation in SMEs.
She previously worked at a leading industry association focused on integrated reporting and later joined a consulting firm, where she contributed to sustainability advisory projects. Her experience includes developing integrated reporting guides, conducting academic research on green transformation strategies, organizing related events, and supporting SMEs in their sustainability journeys. Zeynep has provided services in sustainability strategy development, reporting, and integrated reporting, particularly for the finance sector.
Ela Köksal
Sustainability Analyst
Ela completed her undergraduate studies in Cognitive Science and Environmental Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Climate Change, Management, and Finance at Imperial College Business School. Through her academic work and professional experience, she has developed a strong background in environmental and sustainability issues.
Ela has worked on sustainability reporting and ESG metric tracking in sectors such as finance, textiles, and technology. She has participated in projects involving sustainability strategy development, emissions and energy consumption data collection, analysis, and reporting—providing consultancy to companies throughout these processes.
Merve Paralı
Sustainability Analyst
Merve holds a degree in Environmental Engineering from Marmara University, where she completed her thesis on PFAS—chemicals known for their harmful accumulation in the human body and environment. She also pursued a second undergraduate degree in Business Administration at Istanbul University and began her career in the auditing sector.
She has worked in ESG audits and sustainability, participating in Integrated Reports, Sustainability Reports, and CDP reporting projects. Her experience includes risk analysis, verification of audit data, and TSRS compliance studies across industries such as food, manufacturing, finance, and banking.
